Welcome to our “Small World” :)
This was our 28 May 2023 event in Bramalea Baptist Church, 9050 Dixie Road, Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Above is the “Small World” version that was generated from below 360 format taken at 4:37pm.
For those unfamiliar with 360 viewing here in WordPress, please check these simple instructions:

There were actually more people at about the end of the event at 7pm. I’ll keep that in mind for next time. I believe it’ll be a better “Small World” view with more people on it.
Thank God for the wonderful weather, there were more people than expected, at least as I saw it as a first-timer for this event. The organizers surely did a great job in preparing for this event: it was announced well ahead of time, volunteers were recruited and drawings of booths layout were provided on time too. There was even a “Rain Plan” – an alternative indoor layout in case it rains.

Continuous Improvement Recommendation:
Would help if the booths layout is also temporarily marked on the pavement. I volunteered for the Fun Pong booth and although I’ve seen the drawings, somehow I still wasn’t so sure exactly where to setup. I knew we were #20 somewhere in the middle; it surely would’ve helped if there’s a spot marked “20-Pong”. No need to actually draw the entire boundary, just a marked spot somewhere in the middle will do.
Having pictures of all the booths and maybe a short video from volunteer(s) briefly describing their booth activities would be nice too.

Continuous Improvement Recommendation:
Would be nice if timelapse of the event would be recorded from start to finish. Maybe next years :)
